The place is locating Just front of Harajuku Police Station on the Meiji st. there are 2 deffarent type of floors. up stair is good for private party. there are 2 rooms and around 25 people can fit. Down stair is more like a cafe or Bar. also very beautifull view at the terrace. During the day, Casa Nostra offers some selection of lunch special menu. usualy 2 kinds of pasta and Rice plate and Casa SP Curry of the day. off course a lots of selection on the dinner time. (PLS check the URL) The bar at your disposal offer a fine selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Good selections of wine take up a whole page on the menu. As well as the classics, Casa Nostra has a large number of unconventional nuanced cocktails, most of which seem to be house secrets and most popular drink is Homemade SANGRIA. 
Lovely to go there season by season, there is beautifull view by the terace and you can see green leaves on the summer and on Nov, leaves changed colors. its one of beautifull thing in Japan as well, you will be able to feel and see four faces of seasons in there. →Thats the recommend by Casa Nostr, " Seafoods paella" is available on every dinner time without reservation. they also got M size and L size. for a couple, for a party, however you like!!!
